Connection to the land is critical to our brewery, starting with carefully cultivated lands that yield our hops. Our water source is vital to our production and is drawn locally from a private well on-site in Grand Mound. After mashing and fermentation, local farmers reap the benefits of spent grain for their cattle. Giving back to our community isn’t just a talking point; it’s who we are.
Thirsty? We got you covered. Talking Cedar offers a range of seasonally-inspired craft beers. From classics like Chehalis Light to special releases like our Imperial IPA, which unites Washington's only tribally owned breweries, Talking Cedar and @210brewingco.
With a 60 BBL brewhouse, Talking Cedar can produce nearly 1,860 gallons of beer in a single batch. Striking a balance between scalability and efficiency, we offer premium contract brewing services.
